Danburite Crystal Healing Properties

Danburite is believed to facilitate meditation and has been known to be a wonderful tool to use when opening the channel to high frequency light energy.

It is thought to encourage communication with higher beings and resonate to the frequency of the Divine Heart. As such, it is believed to bring a calm and optimistic outlook. Similarly, it has been used to assist in releasing fear, anxiety, resentment or anger.

History and Uses

Danburite occurs in white (or colourless), pale pink, and yellow. It was named for the place it was found in 1893, in Danbury, Connecticut, United States.

Its energy is thought to most closely resonate with Reiki healing vibration, and has been used by Reiki practitioners to enhance their energy healing work. When placed under the pillow, its serene energy is thought to be a wonderful aid to peaceful sleep.

Geological Description

Danburite is a calcium borosilicate crystal with a hardness of 7 to 7.5. They are usually four sided with a chisel shaped termination. Most are found in Mexico also Russia, Madagascar, Bolivia, Burma and Japan.
