Chakra Crystal Gift Pack

This Chakra Crystal Gift Pack includes a natural Amethyst point and the entire Calcite spectrum. There is a specimen of Red, Honey, Orange, Green, Blue, and Clear (Optical Calcite). Each colour respectively relates to each chakra, starting from the first chakra. The Amethyst is used for the 7th Chakra.

You can use this Chakra set in meditation or for a chakra alignment. Attune your chakras with a body layout and place the crystals accordingly to each chakra as below.

How to Use Crystals in Meditation

Try to allow 10 minutes a day to sit or lay down in a quiet space where you can stay focused and undisturbed.

Hold a crystal in your hand, one at a time, to experience the connection with each individual piece of Earth. It is best to “work” with one at a time and get to know your crystals individually before you decide to combine them.

During this mindfulness practice, you may feel a warm vibration, tingling or focused presence where the crystal meets your skin. Some people feel this quite strongly and have varied sensations while others feel little to nothing. Many find that this practice of meditation with your crystal can be built on a improved over time.

However there’s no right or wrong with crystals, your intuition is your best guide…

When doing meditation work with crystals it is very important to cleanse your crystals. There can be energy build up which is absorbed into the stone so try to follow one of the techniques mentioned in here to reset your crystals.
