Gibeon Meteorite Crystal Healing Properties

Gibeon Meteorites are thought to assist in the evolution of human consciousness. Also, they are believed to provide information from other worlds for the greater good of our planet. Similarly, they may assist in spiritual growth, enhance psychic abilities, and are often used to connect with beings from other realms. Meditation with a Meteorite is thought to help one to receive and channel information about the possibility of living a life in another galaxy. Also, astrologers may use this unique energy to improve information and accuracy.

History and Uses

Meteorites have historically been revered as sacred gifts from God or the Universe by many cultures. They are high vibration stones and have been used to assist in spiritual growth, enhance psychic abilities, and to connect with beings from other realms. Also, Astrologers have used these stones to give more accurate readings.

Geological Description

Gibeon Meteorites are composed of an iron-nickel alloy and also contain cobalt and phosphorous. The Gibeon meteorite entered our atmosphere at around 17 miles per second an estimated 30,000 years ago. It exploded high in the atmosphere showering fragments over a large region of Namibia, Africa. Prior to this, the meteorite had travelled through space for over four billion years before it fell to earth. It is derived from the core of an extinct planet that was blown apart billions of years ago during the formation of our solar system. The beautiful crystalline patterns within Gibeon meteorites are known as Widmanstatten patterns, and are unique to meteorites. These patterns can only form over millions of years of cooling. As such, it has been estimated that it took about 1000 years for these molten pieces of planetary core to cool by just 1 degree Celsius!

Jewellery Care & 1 Year Warranty

In jewellery form, some crystals are more hardy than others. For everyday wearers, we recommend crystals that fall in the Quartz family or have a Moh's hardness level of over 5.5-6. Avoid excessive water exposure, especially in pools or the ocean and any harsh chemicals. Delicate crystals like Amber, Moonstone, Opal, and iron-based meteorites need gentle handling due to potential discolouration or structural risks. Store safely, and clean with care. Rest assured that our 1-year jewellery warranty covers any manufacturing defects. With proper care, we expect your pieces to last many years to come. In our 18 years of business, we still wear some treasures from our original collection! Learn more about our warranty and care guide here.
