We offer free regular shipping in Australia for orders over $100. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days; you'll receive a notification when processed and another when shipped. Regular domestic delivery takes 2 to 6 business days, while Express Shipping is 1 to 3 business days. International shipping times vary from 5 to 20 business days.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and cover manufacturing faults for our jewellery, for 12 months. In jewellery form, some crystals are more hardy than others. For everyday wearers, we recommend crystals that fall in the Quartz family or have a Moh's hardness level of over 5.5-6. Avoid excessive water exposure, especially in pools or the ocean and any harsh chemicals. Delicate crystals like Amber, Moonstone, Opal, and iron-based meteorites need gentle handling due to potential discolouration or structural risks. Store safely, and clean with care. Rest assured that our 1-year jewellery warranty covers any manufacturing defects. With proper care, we expect your pieces to last many years to come.
