Most of our clients from our Samford, Brisbane Gallery build a collection of several gemstone pendants (which really isn't hard to do!), and complement them over time with several quality chains - (silver or leather options) to provide creative options for expressing their unique Look. Make sure to be pairing your pendants with the correct Chains - Silver & Leather for their weight. For small and delicate pendants, you can pair it with any chain that will fit through the bail. However, for medium and large pendants which hold a bit of weight, it is wise to pair it with a slightly thicker chain and it's worth investing a bit more money in a top quality one if you will be wearing your pendant on a regular basis. We pride ourselves on our high level of quality and the durability of our silver chains. Leather chains are great for everyday wear for smaller and lighter pendants but in the case of both materials, it is best to remove them before immersing yourself in water. To best care for your silver chains, clean them with a silver or metal cleaner or simply polish them with a polishing cloth. Jewellery Warranty & Care
When crafted into jewellery, some crystals are more hardy than others.
For everyday wearers, we recommend crystals that fall in the Quartz family or have a Moh's hardness level of over 5.5-6.
Avoid excessive water exposure, especially in pools or the ocean and any harsh chemicals.
Delicate crystals like Amber, Moonstone, Opal, and iron-based meteorites need gentle handling due to potential discolouration or structural risks. These are best as occasion pieces.
Store safely, and clean with care.
Rest assured that our 1-year jewellery warranty covers any manufacturing defects.
