Elestial Quartz crystals carry a frequency that structures and regulates energy, allowing us access to higher frequency energy at a level that is comfortable and most needed by the individual. It is an excellent tool for meditation and accessing information or guidance. This variety of Quartz may aid in cleansing the emotional body and perceiving where the roots of negative patterns may lie. In addition, it is thought to be an excellent healing tool for any skeletal issues.
Also called Skeletal, Alligator and/or Jacare crystals, Elestial Quartz is most often formed from Smoky or Clear Quartz. The name relates to the shape or form of the crystal which is made up of a multitude of pyramidal/triangular terminations which can look like stair steps layered on top of each other. Elestials can also have unusual etchings, cavities, or geometric like patterns and sometimes 'enhydro' bubbles of water in hollow areas, thus the name "skeletal" Quartz. Elestials are powerful crystals which are being used to aid in the mass cleansing, healing and reawakening that is currently happening. They are also known for their ability to assist in the release of fears and to bring comfort to those during a process of passing on.
Elestial Quartz is a quartz crystal with natural terminations all over the faces and body of a layered or etched crystal. It is a silicon dioxide crystal with a hardness of 7. Most Elestial Crystals are Smoky Quartz and are found in Brazil, although some specimens have been found in Africa, Madagascar, Romania and the USA.

For everyday wearers, we recommend crystals that fall in the Quartz family or have a Moh's hardness level of over 5.5-6.
Avoid excessive water exposure, especially in pools or the ocean and any harsh chemicals.
Delicate crystals like Amber, Moonstone, Opal, and iron-based meteorites need gentle handling due to potential discolouration or structural risks. These are best as occasion pieces.
Store safely, and clean with care.
